Give this classic sauce a new spin with protein-rich and probiotic-packed kefir.
Yields 1.5 cups

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Alexandre Family Farm 100% Grass-fed Whole Milk Probiotic Kefir
3 Tbsp olive oil
½ to 1 cup fresh basil
¼ cup parsley (optional)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt

METHOD
Add ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding additional oil as needed. Sauté with pasta for a hot dish or serve cold as a salad!
