A2/A2 Organic Sour Cream Dips


🧅 Sour Cream and Roasted Onion Dip  🧅
Picnic season is upon us! We've all had classic sour cream french onion dip . . . but our new creamy rich sour cream raises the bar! Try this made-from-scratch spin on a party classic. Recipe inspired by Bev Cooks.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 large white onion
- Olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- 8 oz A2/A2 Organic Probiotic Sour Cream

- 1 tsp chives, chopped
- Pinch of smoked paprika powder
- Pepper to taste
PLUS: Don't forget to buy your favorite chips or veggies for dipping!

PROCESS
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place onion slices on baking sheet - sprinkle a pinch of coarse salt and drizzle with olive oil. Lightly toss to coat. Place in oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, until onions are tender and lightly brown.

Using food processor or blender, pulse together the sour cream and roasted onions until smooth. Move to serving dish and chill in fridge for 15 minutes. Once chilled, garnish with chives, smoked paprika, pepper (to taste), and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve alongside chips, veggies, or other items for dipping.



🥑 Sour Cream, Avocado, and Lime Crema  🥑
Celebrate with this simple classic. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, or as a condiment on tacos or enchiladas.

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz A2/A2 Organic Probiotic Sour Cream
- 1 medium avocado
- Juice of 2 limes
- Optional: Hot sauce

PROCESS
Mix all ingredients in a blender – or mix with a fork for a chunkier crema. Add hot sauce as desired.
