Ingredients

- ½ cup Alexandre Family Farm 100% Grass-Fed Yogurt (full fat or lowfat)
- ½ cup Alexandre Family Farm A2/A2 Organic 6% Whole Milk or 4% Whole Milk
-1 Alexandre Kids Pasture-Raised Egg
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ cup sprouted rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Butter or coconut oil, for cooking
Maple Syrup, for serving

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, or until the batter is completely smooth. Allow the batter to rest in the blender while you preheat a medium pan or griddle over medium-low heat.

2. Once the pan is hot, lightly grease it with butter. Using a cookie scoop or measuring cup, pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until the edges begin to bubble and the bottoms are golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional minute, or until the second side is also golden.

3. Repeat with more butter and the remaining batter. Serve warm with maple syrup and a chilled glass of Alexandre Family Farm Whole Milk. Enjoy!
