Probiotic Sour Cream, A2/A2, Regenerative, Organic
Creamy Delicious Nutrition. Like all Alexandre Family Farm products, our new European-style Probiotic Sour Cream is especially creamy and delicious because it comes from grass-grazing cows that convert rich pasture into high milkfat, nutrient-dense dairy.
European Style. 25% milkfat provides a richer, creamier taste, a thicker body, and is better for baking. The higher milkfat content in European-style sour cream contributes to a richer and more complex flavor compared to American-style sour cream, which typically has around 12-16% milkfat. It's better for baking because it holds its shape better when baked in things like quiches, tarts, and cobblers, and adds richness and moisture to the dish. This makes it ideal for dolloping on top of a chili or enchiladas, or using it as a base for dips.
Digestible Dairy. The only A2/A2 Organic Sour Cream. Our 100% A2/A2 herd of cows assures that our products are A1-free (the beta-casein protein that can be difficult for humans to digest). A2/A2 dairy allows more folks to Enjoy Dairy Again!
