Cherry Tomatoes with Basil and Yogurt



Enjoy this summertime favorite: a delicious and nutritious savory snack perfect anytime of day!
Yields 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Alexandre Family Farm 6% Whole Milk Yogurt
Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
4 leaves of fresh basil, lightly chopped
Organic extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

METHOD:
Scoop yogurt into four individual bowls or one large serving dish. Place tomatoes on yogurt and top off with fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, to taste. TIP: Select a mix of yellow and red cherry tomatoes for a pop of color.
