INGREDIENTS
1(8-ounce) jar prepared horseradish, drained well (scant 1 cup)
½ cup Alexandre heavy cream
½ cup Alexandre probiotic sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
½ teaspoon coarse sea or kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the horseradish, cream, sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt in a bowl until well blended. Let stand until ready to serve, about 45 minutes, or make the night before.
