Bone Broth Hot Chocolate

This 6-ingredient treat will be well-loved by your whole family all winter long! Made with rich Alexandre A2/A2 Organic 4% Whole Chocolate Milk, a splash of high-quality chicken bone broth, and topped with whipped Alexandre A2/A2 Organic Heavy Whipping Cream, it’s the perfect balance of nutrient-density and flavor - soon to be your favorite holiday drink. With added collagen and around 12 grams of protein per serving, this recipe is a comforting and fun way to refuel your kiddos after a day playing in the snow!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Alexandre A2/A2 Organic 4% Whole Chocolate Milk
- ½ cup chicken bone broth (high quality with a light flavor)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup Alexandre A2/A2 Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder, for sprinkling on top

Method:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine Alexandre chocolate milk, bone broth, and maple syrup, if using. Bring to a slight simmer. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothed. Set aside.
2. In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with maple syrup and vanilla until soft peaks form. This takes about 1–2 minutes with a hand mixer or 3–4 minutes by hand.
3. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top generously with the fresh whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, if desired. Enjoy!
