Kefir Overnight Oats

Do you love oatmeal? Would you like to introduce more probiotics into your diet? Are you looking for a way to save time in the morning? If you said yes to any of these questions, we've got the perfect recipe for you!

Overnight oats are a great way to prepare for breakfast the night before, and can be made with kefir (instead of milk or water) to kick start your morning with energy and probiotics that support gut health.

WHY KEFIR? Kefir is a probiotic-rich fermented dairy product that provides many health benefits, such as improved gut health, boosted immunity, improved bone health, and reduced inflammation. Also, when used in overnight oats it adds protein and provides a slightly tart flavor and rich, creamy texture. BONUS: soaking oats in kefir for at least 5 hrs will ferment the oats. The fermentation process is the result of the beneficial bacteria in the kefir, and this process helps neutralize phytic acid and improves the digestibility of the oats.

This recipe uses our deliciously creamy A2/A2 Organic 100% Grass-fed Whole or Lowfat Probiotic Kefir, loaded with Trillions of beneficial probiotics that promote gut health and protein that helps build strong bodies.

TIP: When you're ready to eat your overnight oats, you can top it off with any favorite addition that you would normally add to oatmeal: berries, fruit, nuts, seeds, peanut butter... the list is endless! We added banana and almond slices to ours in the photo above.
