
This simple dish uses fresh springtime ingredients that meld perfectly in our deliciously creamy A2/A2 Organic 6% Whole Plain Yogurt. Many yogurt-based dishes call for Greek yogurt, but the higher fat and thick consistency of our 6% yogurt makes it a great substitution. Enjoy all the creaminess without the tangy bite!
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
- 1/3 cup A2/A2 Organic 6% Whole Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp freshly chopped dill
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large or two small cucumbers, thinly sliced (peeled or unpeeled - your preference)
METHOD
In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Add in onion and cucumber. Toss to coat and serve fresh.
