TIP: We often use frozen organic blueberries and pineapple that make it even more quick and refreshing.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz organic pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- ½ organic banana
- 8 oz Alexandre A2/A2 Organic 100% Grass-fed Whole or Lowfat Probiotic Kefir
- 8 oz Alexandre A2/A2 Organic 4% Whole or 6% Whole Milk
METHOD
