Construction and Maintenance Supervisor

Always with a ready attitude and hard-working hands, Adan leads our construction and farm team in keeping the barns, the irrigation pumps, the milk parlors, the farm houses, the chicken coops and the bridges on the farm in good shape. Adan has been our jack-of-all-trades and master of many since 1997 and we are lucky to have him passing his considerable construction knowledge and wonderful management style on to the next generation, his son Adrian works alongside his team too.

Adan’s willingness to work through anything represents a key value we look for employees, a “can do” attitude, exemplifying someone who has the mindset that he can do any task asked of him. Adan and his wife Silvia have three kids, Brianda, Adriana, and Adrian and two granddaughters, Rosie and Jasmine.
