Homemade fudge popsicles made with Alexandre Family Farm chocolate milk! These pops are ultra creamy, chocolatey, and made with real ingredients for the perfect summer dessert. Toddler approved, wholesome, and fun… This is a treat you can feel good feeding your family!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Alexandre Family Farm chocolate milk
- 2 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweeter pops)
- 1 tbsp organic cornstarch
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup Alexandre Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Method:
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the chocolate milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, cornstarch, and salt until smooth.
- Place over medium heat and cook, whisking often, until the mixture gently thickens (about 4–6 minutes). Do not boil hard. This makes the popsicles creamy and thick instead of icy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Let cool for 10–15 minutes.
- Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. To release, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds. Enjoy!
