Cows were born to roam and graze. Chickens were born to roost, scratch, and scavenge. Hogs were born to root and wallow. These are the natural instinctive behaviors of our animals. Our farm has a commitment to making sure these practices remain a part of the daily behavior of each one of our cows, chickens, and pigs.
We use a “slow and low” cooking method when preparing our milk to harness all of the wholesome goodness in grass-fed cow’s milk. Our cool, coastal climate provides green grass 365 days a year – a constant source of nourishment for our unique blend of crossbreed cows and our milk. Beneath the naturally creamy top, our Whole Milk contains 6% butterfat, CLA, and Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids for a healthier, creamier taste.
