We only ship to locations within the United States (continental US states, Hawaii, and Alaska) and Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific.

Stickers ship for free! An order consisting of only 6 or fewer stickers qualifies for free shipping.
* Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to two additional days for delivery. Shipments to Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific may take up for 3-7 additional days for delivery.
* Severe weather may impact shipments and delivery times. Please refer to your tracking email or visit the provided carriers website for the most up-to-date information on areas impacted by severe weather.
Order Processing
- Payments are processed for your order as soon as your order is placed.
- The vendor name that will appear on your statement is ALEXANDREFAMILYFARM.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the order is confirmed. If you do not receive an email confirmation please first check your spam folder and then contact us for confirmation directly by emailing weborder@alexandrefamilyfarm.com
- Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Order fulfillment does not occur on Fridays or Sundays.
Order Delivery
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the order tracking number and the carrier information.
- If you see an error with your shipping address in that email, contact the specified carrier directly (once shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, your carrier may be able to make this adjustment).
- Home deliveries are driver-release, meaning they will be left without a signature.
- Deliveries will not be left outside of a closed business.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
During holidays and times of accelerated order volumes with carriers, we anticipate the possibility of shipping delays of 1-2 business days for some orders. Our fulfillment team is committed to processing your order as quickly as possible.
For delivery by 12/25:
- Standard Shipping Orders - Order by 12/15
- Express Shipping Orders - Order by 12/18
Shipping deadlines are subject to change due to fulfillment limitations and volumes. Please check this page periodically if you are planning on ordering around any major holidays. We are located in a remote area, so when ordering with a deadline in mind please consider that could add an additional business day.
No Changes to Orders after Order Confirmation
Please verify all items in your cart are correct, your billing and shipping addresses are valid, and your recipient’s phone number is accurate, as changes cannot be made once an order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our consumer relations team at 707-487-1000 (ext 0) or weborder@alexandrefamilyfarm.com. Please save all packaging material, damaged goods, and if applicable please take photos of the damaged items. This will help us in resolving the issue.
Alexandre Family Farm is not responsible for delivery issues caused by delays due to a closed business, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if delivery is changed via the carrier’s application or website.
