Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase of wearable merchandise, you can reach out for a free return within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer returns on bags of milk powder. To make an exchange, you will be asked to cover the cost of shipping. To begin a return or request an exchange for wearable items, please contact our wonderful Customer Service team.

Please expect to receive a response to your email or voicemail within 2 business days.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required for returns & exchanges. You can find the order number within your order confirmation email. If you don't have your order confirmation handy, we may be able to locate it for you. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or replacement item. If the item you originally ordered is no longer available, we will issue either a refund, or replace with an item of equal value. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If your original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued via a digital gift card to the Shop.
