If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can reach out for a free return within 30 days of purchase. To make an exchanges, you will be asked to cover the cost of shipping. To begin a return or request an exchange, please contact our wonderful Customer Service team.

Please expect to receive a response to your email or voicemail within 2 business days.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required for returns & exchanges. You can find the order number within your order confirmation email. If you don't have your order confirmation handy, we may be able to locate it for you. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or replacement item. If the item you originally ordered is no longer available, we will issue either a refund, or replace with an item of equal value. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If your original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued via a digital gift card to the Shop.
