Our A2/A2 Organic MPC 85 is a functional and high-protein (minimum 85% protein in dry basis) nutritional dairy ingredient with the complete dairy protein and ratio of casein-to-whey found in natural fluid milk.
With a clean milky flavor, Alexandre MPC 85 boosts the nutritional content of products while providing improved texture, stability, and emulsification. The high protein, low-lactose ratio makes our MPC 85 suitable for protein-fortified beverages and low-carbohydrate foods.
