Mobile coops are hen houses (where the hens lay their eggs, rest, and get out of the elements) that are moved to a new plot of fresh pasture twice weekly. Moving the coops keeps the hens on green grass all year round and gives the pastures they just grazed time to regenerate before the hens are moved back to that plot. The fresh pasture 365 days a year gives the hens the rich natural diet they need to produce eggs rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fats.
